Shawn Russell

Born in Presque Isle and raised in Maine, Shawn graduated from Lawrence High School in Fairfield in 2011 and enrolled at the University of Maine at Farmington that fall. He quickly fell in love with western Maine and has lived in Franklin County ever since, graduating from UMF with a degree in Business Economics in 2016.

Shawn is an avid snowboarder and has coached snowboarding at both Saddleback and UMF. When he is not working, he is usually on the slopes at Saddleback in the winter or enjoying the sunshine on Rangeley Lake in the summer. A lover of technology, Shawn also serves on the Board of Directors for WRGY, Rangeley's community radio station.

Shawn and his wife, Brittany, live in Rangeley and both work for Morton & Furbish. In December 2023, they welcomed their first child, a milestone that has made their roots in the community even more special. Shawn has experience in both buyer and seller representation and is eager to help clients find the home of their dreams or sell their property efficiently and at the right value. With his deep knowledge of the area and broad network of connections, Shawn makes the buying or selling process seamless for his clients.
